These terms govern the use of the ConnexMart platform by customers, service providers, and other account holders.
1. Marketplace role
ConnexMart operates the marketplace platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party services offered through the platform are provided by independent service providers and not by ConnexMart itself.
2. Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
- You must keep your login credentials secure.
3. Customer and provider responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate job details, cooperate with reasonable information requests, and review quotes, pricing, and scope before accepting a service.
Providers must only list lawful services they are able to perform, keep descriptions and pricing accurate, and deliver work professionally and in line with agreed scope.
4. Payments, disputes, and suspension
Payments, releases, refunds, reversals, and disputes are subject to the platform workflow, transaction status, and any review required by ConnexMart.
ConnexMart may suspend, limit, or remove accounts, listings, quotes, or job requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to the platform or its users.
Important: by using ConnexMart, users are expected to review these terms together with any related policies published on the platform.
