Refund and cancellation outcomes depend on the transaction type, the stage of the work, and whether funds have already been processed or released.
1. Before work starts
If a booking or accepted quote is cancelled before work begins, ConnexMart may review the transaction and reverse or refund it where appropriate under the platform workflow.
2. After work has started
If a provider has already started work, arranged materials, committed time, or incurred call-out costs, the transaction may only be partially refundable or may require dispute review.
3. Manual deposit and bank transfer payments
Offline transfer payments remain pending until confirmed. A booking or account credit is not treated as paid until the deposit is verified by ConnexMart.
4. Disputes
If there is a disagreement about delivery, scope, or service quality, both parties should keep communication and supporting evidence on the platform where possible so the case can be reviewed fairly.
Important: refund and cancellation outcomes may depend on the exact transaction status, payment state, and work already completed.
