When you create an account or place an order, we collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and order details. We use this information to manage your account, respond to enquiries, process orders and arrange delivery.

Payments and delivery

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details. We share the delivery information needed to obtain a courier service with our delivery provider.

Security and retention

We use safeguards designed to protect account and order information. We retain information only as required for the purposes above and applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.
